RIA-Shanghai is composed of a group of dynamic designers from different countries with solid expertise, who work together to maintain and pass on the group's reputation and advanced design concepts, ensuring that RIA remains at the forefront of the world's architectural community. Over the past ten years, RIA has completed nearly 100 architectural works and projects all over China, and the work done by RIA in China is mostly based on the theme of sociality, which is integrated into the design works with the core intention of focusing on the continuation of regional culture and ecological environment, so that each work becomes a "manifesto" and provides unique insights into the development of cities and buildings. In contemporary China and Shanghai, the design approach is as unique as that of the city. In contemporary China and Shanghai, teams such as RIA are invaluable in exploring what architecture has to offer beyond its commercial value. In recent years, as China's real estate industry has gradually become more regulated and mature, and as people's demands for living and working environments have increased, RIA's focus has shifted, and it has worked with many powerful real estate companies to design a series of practical, beautiful, comfortable, reasonable, and futuristic living and working spaces.
